This Wallingford restaurant has a familiar menu (authentic Italian, local ingredients, etc.), an unoriginal-if-totally-pleasant interior (rustic chic), and a sometimes seriously high ambient noise level (“WHAT?”). However, the food’s excellent and the place feels like a party. If you live nearby, you’ll be here as much as you can—otherwise, it’s very much worth a trip. (And if you live on the Eastside, you can just go to Cantinetta Bellevue.)
