One of Seattle's longest-standing establishments, the Queen City (formerly known as the Queen City Grill) is a beloved Belltown institution that's been around since 1987. Now, the bar and restaurant will live on in a new incarnation, as Seattle restaurant and nightlife maven Linda Derschang (owner of Oddfellows, Little Oddfellow's, Linda's Tavern, King's Hardware, and Smith) has made over the bar in her signature style. Smith chef Will Richey (who previously spent time at Tallulah's) created a new food menu with classic staples like burgers, Caesar salad, and roast chicken, alongside beer and wine and craft cocktails.
