"Bao is a Chinese filled bun or dumpling, usually steamed. There are many fillings for bao, and like most dumplings, bao are among the most delicious things in the world to eat. Hot Stove Instructor Jamie Freedman wants you to ‘get steamy,’ and learn to make bao from scratch in this all hands-on class.
Jamie will demo the art of the bao. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves and make bao dough hands-on. The Hot Stove team will give you BBQ pork filling for making bao, but you’ll get to make shiitake winter greens filling hands-on. Then the fun begins as you roll dough, shape your bao, and cook them. Enjoy eating the bao you made in class!
A glass of wine or beer is included." (Promo Copy)
